Legendary Filmmaker Subhash Ghai launches International bestseller, 'Inner Engineering' book authored by yogi, mystic & Founder of Isha Foundation, Sadhguru in Mumbai

16 December 2016, Coimbatore: Legendary filmmaker Subhash Ghai launched the International Bestseller, 'Inner Engineering: A Yogi's Guide to Joy', authored by Sadhguru, Founder, Isha Foundation in Mumbai. The Inner Engineering Book has reached the New York Times and Washington Post Best Seller list in multiple categories and is among the most popular books already on Amazon. An engaging and rich conversation between Subhash Ghai and Sadhguru followed the book launch at the Shanmukhananda Hall in Mumbai on 15th December at 7:30 pm.



The packed audience was enthralled by the witty, humorous and lively conversation. "Only if we are truly responsible, freedom is beautiful, else it is a terrible thing. Freedom means you should be able to alter your life as the opportunity comes." said Sadhguru referring to an important element of the Inner Engineering book which Mr Ghai unveiled on Thursday evening.



Summarising the conversation Mr Ghai said, "My love for music inspired me to make a movie like Taal which revolved entirely around music. After this inspiring conversation with Sadhguru, I would now like to make a movie around Yoga." The conversation came to an appropriate close when Mr Ghai, referring to the various challenges of our times, asked Sadhguru, "What is the way out?" to which Sadhguru promptly responded, "In is the only way out."



While describing the book, Sadhguru explained, "My aim in this book is to help make joy your constant companion.
